Dear Gary,
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation yesterday regarding the above
referenced project. The landscape contractor cannot locate good, qualiw Nellie R. Stevens and
Dwarf Buford Hollies which are called for on our City approved drawings. The contractor has
located "Eleagnus Pungens Fruitlandi" which he purposes to substitute for the previously
referenced plants. At the time of planting the Eleagnus will be approximately 18" tall but should
grow to approximately 24" by June 1, 1997 and 36" by June 1, 1998.
Per our conversation, this is an acceptable substitution to the City of Coppell. The owmer
is currently reviewing our request.
