Summary of Call: On April 1, 1997 Holly Dewar (Hill & Wilkinson), Chds McCall (Halff Associates),
Gary Sieb {'City of Copoell) and myself en~aaed in a conference call re~ardin~ landscape plant
matedal for the Haverb/s Furniture Store located alon.q Gateway Boulevard in Coppell, Texas. Garv
Sieb was informed by Ms. Dewar and Mr. Acker that 24" Nellie R. Stevens were planned to be
installed ~r the approved construction drawings dated June 6, 1996. Mr. Sieb was also made
aware of an 18"-20" height on Dwarf Burford HolD, due to seasonal pruning, planned for installation.
The height of the Dwarf Burford is below the height on the approved drawings mentioned above.
Mr. Sieb approved the use of these shrubs at the heights specified via phone by Ms. Dewar and Mr.
Acker.
