Marcie and Andrea,
We have revised the southwest elevation per Mr. Sicb's request as discussed. We have presented thc elevation to
the Owner and they have stated their preference to completely eliminate the center entrance feature for their
building.
They have reconsidered their original preference to have the option of a "triplex or q,,_adplex" type tenant leasing
plan due to the limited size of the overall building. They have further refined desire to have the building "appear"
to be a single owner building". Given their preference, we expressed their reasoning to you and we understand that
you believe Mr. Sieb will require some central building element.
To that end, we are presenting the PROPOSED 6.13.01 revision for your presentation to Mr. Sieb along with the
previously proposed elevation. Please review and let me know if the PROPOSED 6.13.01 version is acceptable.
Note that we have reviewed the overall building code parameters with Mr. Greg Jones earlier in the week and he
required that we introduce an additional door in the southeast elevation as ·
