RE: Freeport North, Lot 2R~ Site Plan and Replat
Dear Mr. Raley:
This letter is to inform you that Freeport North, Lot 21L Site Plan and Replat, to allow the
construction of an approximately 45,974 square foot office/warehouse building On approximately
3.43 acres of property located along the east side of Royal Lane, north of Bethel Road, was
approved by City Council Tuesday, April 10, 2001, subject to the following condition:
REPLAT:
1. Deletion of one set of city signature blocks.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval
by the City Council (October 10, 2001) or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall
be required. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file
the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the enclosed checklist
for the requirements for filing.
