Plus. On Monday, Halff Associates, Inc. was contacted by your depaament reg~ding
the submittal of Coppell Spec. III of Gateway Business Park, ~d the difference in
acreage of the replat and the site pl~. Halff Associates, Inc. is replatting 3 lots (3-A, 3-
B, 3-C) and one common area. The Site Plan, L~dscape Plan and Utility Plus are only
for Lot 3-B because this is the only lot which is being developed at this time.
Fu~he~ore, this explains why the Site PI~ and Replat show differing acreages.
