This letter is to inform you that on Thursday, January 18th, the Planning and Zoning Commission
voted to deny the Gateway Business Park, Block 2, Lots 3A, 3B, 3C, and Common Area 1, Replat
and continue consideration of the Site Plan, to its February 15, 2001, meeting, based on staff
comments and discussion during the hearing.
Please submit 17 copies of your revised submission by 12 noon, January 29th, for review by the
Development Review Committee on February 1st. You will be sent an Agenda indicating the
approximate time for this project's discussion.
