TRANSPORTATION: LBJ Freeway is a full-service freeway built to standard. Freeport Parkway is a C4D/6 built to standard. The proposed Dividend Drive is contained within a 75 foot r.o.w. SURROUNDING LAND USE & ZONING: North- vacant; "LI" Light Industrial South -Interstate Highway 635; "A', Agricultural East - vacant; "A', Agricultural, and "C', Commercial (on school site) West -vacant; "LI', Light Industrial Item # 13 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN: The Comprehensive Plan shows the property as suitable for Freeway Commercial and Office use. DISCUSSION: The final plat as submitted conforms substantially to the approved preliminary plat. However, the drawing requires minor corrections listed as recommended conditions of approval. RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: Staff recommends approval of the final plat subject to the following conditions being met: 1) Change the year reference in the signature blocks to 1999. 2) Modify on the vicinity map the Cowboy Drive reference to Wrangler Drive. 3) Show zoning of all adjacent properties.
