We will have two preliminary plats on February 12, 2001. Along with the preliminary plats we will have two site plans. I am unsure what the cost is for the plat and site plan. The preliminary plat for Northpoint is 9.081 acres in Coppell only. The preliminary plat for Gateway Business Park No.3 is 7.864 acres.
