1. The legal description on the replat does not represent the entire area shown on the plat.
Also, provide a street name for the new road being created. -~
2. Monument signs are limited to one per street frontage.
3. Remove the "10'-0" rear yard landscape buffer" notation from Sheet 1.1 of the Omniplan
drawings.
4. Off-street parking spaces must be screened with a 30" hedge at the time of planting,
please revise the landscape plan accordingly.
5. Please bring color samples of exterior building materials to DRC meeting.
6. Provide a notation to the effect that additional electric wiring shall be underground and
that mechanical equipment, electrical equipment and utility meters shall be either placed
in inconspicuous locations or screened from view.
Note:
A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations.
Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the November 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the November 5th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An
Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 10th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded
copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to
the Planning Department
