Dear Mr. Granlund:
This letter is to inform you that the Gateway Business Park No. 3, Lot 1, Block A, Revised Site
Plan and Final Plat, request to allow the construction of two approximately 32,758 square foot
office/warehouse buildings on 7.863 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Freeport
Parkway and Airline Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, April 19, 2001, subject to the attached letter dated April 3, 2001;
outlining improvements to the drainage channel on lot 1X.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 8, 2001, at c,._
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may resull~ in/the
denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 16 folded copies of~all
exhibits on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, April 25th, so that your request can be forwaraea on
to Council for consideration.
