City Council Meeting: March 10, 1998
1) Specify color of standing seam metal roof.
2) Specify height of flagpoles.
3) Provide information on parking lot lighting.
4) Correct scale on landscape plan.
5) Provide area of site pavement.
6) Provide tabulation of landscaping in the following categories:
a) Area of landscaping within paved areas.
b) Area of landscaping within 10 feet of interior property lines and within
15 feet of street right-of-way.
c) Total area of landscaping.
7) Change signature block on the minor plat. City Council and Planning Commission will
not review the plat. (see attachment)
8) Relocate monument sign to conform to city regulations -- minimum 75 feet setback
from property lines other than those fronting the street fight-of-way.
9) Specify color and size of lettefing of building sign shown on eastern and northern
elevations.
10) For next submittal submit only the Site Plan, Building and Signs Elevations,
Landscape and Irrigation Plans.
Note:
A. Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations.
Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the February 5th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
C. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the February 5th
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An
Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
D. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, February 10th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies
of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department.
