FINAL PLAT
Please note that if City Council grants Final approval authority to Planning
Commission at their April 10, 2001 meeting, the City Signature approval blocks
will have to be revised. See the attached sample for precise wording of the
signature blocks. (Note that the Mayor's signature block is eliminated)
In the meantime, please revise City Secretary's signature block to indicate
approval of a final plat and not a replat.
SITE PLAN
Revise site tabulations on the Site Plan sheet to break down the acreage of the site
for Lot 1 and 1X, continuing to show the total acreage as well.
While brick color # 1 & #2 are noted on sheet El. 1, provide a legend indicating the
type of brick colors for # 1 & #2. It is assumed that the colors are off white and
beige as noted on the monument sign.
While elevations for Building 1 are included, none are provided for Building 2. It
is assumed that Building 2 will mirror Building #1. If this is the case, please
revise El. 1 to indicate the proper elevations for Building #2 as well. If #2 will not
mirror Building #1, please include a separate elevation sheet for Building #2. (It
is staff's goal to consolidate these sheets if possible)

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the March 29th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the March
29th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the
meeting.
