Plan Review. to allow the creation of a new lot and the development of a
150,017 sf office/warehouse facility on approximately 8.3 acres of property
located at the southwest corner of Gateway Blvd. and S. Freeport Parkway, at
the request of HalffAssociates, Inc.

The proposed fire protection waterline needs to be private. Also, the fire hydrant
spacing must be approved by the City's Fire Marshal.
As per the City's streetscape plan, an 8' wide brick paver band needs to be provided
for the driveways on Freeport Parkway.
The utility plans are too light in color, so please resubmit plan for review.
