DRC Review - Revised Drawings
Dear Ms. Bowman:
Please find attached three revised blue lines of the landscaping exibits for the City
of Coppell's review and approval in association with the above referenced zoning
application. As requested in the Thursday September 30,1993 DRC meeting we have
clarified the location of the flag poles on the landscaping exibits. We are in the proccess of
revising the architectural exibits to indicate the building square footages with in the lines of
the buildings shown on the drawings and to indicate the locations of vents to be located on
the roof of the building as requested. At this time we are verifying the vent locations with
the user. The revised drawings will be provided when this information can accuratly be
determined.
WE request that the Zoning Application be placed on the October 21, 1993 Planning
Commission Meeting Agenda and the November 9, 1993 City Council Meeting Agenda for
approval by the City of Coppell. It is our understanding that the next Development Review
Committee Meeting is currently scheduled for October 7, 1993 at 2:30 p. m.. Please contact
