Dear Ms. Bowman:
As per our telephone discussion on behalf of our client, Catellus Development Corporation. we
request that the Replat Block 2 Gateway Business Park, filed for record on June 30, 1992 in Volume
92127. page 0870 be abandoned. In conjunction with the approval of this abandonment by the City of
Coppell. the latest Replat of Block 2. will be withdrawn by thc Owner.
With the abandonment of the two Replats for Block 2, the Final Plat for Gateway Business Park,
filed for record July 17, 1990 in Volume 90138, page 4289 will be the Controlling Plat for the project.
One copy of the three plats referenced above has been attached for your convenience. Please
notify us of any fees associated with this request. We would request that this item be placed on the next
available agenda.
