This letter is to inform you that the request for an extension of time as it applies to the
expiration date of the Preliminary Plat for Georgian Place was approved by the Copper
City Council on Tuesday, August 11, 1998.
Although the Council granted the Planning and Zoning Commission Final Plat authority
on April 8, 1997, it now wants to this Plat to come back to Council for final approval.
Therefore, submission of your Final Plat by September 14, 1998, is anticipated.
