PAVING PLANS:
1. Specify concrete pavement thickness and strength to avoid
confusion due to the design of non-standard streets.
WATER AND SEWER PLANS:
1. Show pipe sizes adjacent to water lines and sewer lines.
2. A 16" water line must be installed in Gateway Blvd.
3. Maximum manhole spacing on sanitary sewer lines is 500 feet.
Revise plans accordingly.
4. Eliminate drop in manhole at Station 20+80.79, Line "A".
5. Use D.I. pipe encased in concrete at Station 0+47 Sanitary
Sewer Line "A-i"; Station 0+47 Sanitary Sewer Line "A-2";
and Station 0+25 Sanitary Sewer Line "B-i".
6. Show details of 12" water line at Station 31+25 in Gateway
Blvd. (ie. restraining glands, thrust blocking, etc.).
7. Increase vertical clearance between Sanitary Sewer Line "B"
and double 60" R.C.P. at Station 4+60 (Line B).
DRAINAGE PLANS"
1. Open channels must be maintained by property owner.
2. Show proposed storm sewer layout on drainage area map.
3. Show HGL on storm sewer profiles.
