Dear Ms. Bowman:
Please find attached 26 copies of the above referenced final plat revised per the
comments from the May 3, 1990 meeting of the Development Review Committee. All
requested variances are shown on the face of the plat.
We are currently revising the final plans per City comments and will resubmit them
on May 10,1990.
Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation requests that the difference in cost between the
16-inch diameter water line (requested by the City) and the 12-inch on the current plans be
used to offset the water and sewer availability fee on this project.
