City of Coppell Hike/Bike Trail Master Plan. The developer may be required to provide a
20' wide Hike/Bike Trail easement along Sandy Lake Road because this portion of property
has been identified as the Sandy Lake Road Greenwalk Trail System.
Developer will also be required to participate with the City of Coppell Park Land Dedication
Fee Ordinance of $1285 per dwelling unit
