Catelius will inform the Te.ant, Lucent Technologies, what the ~aximu~ square footage allowed; the ~enant is responsible for both t~e building sign an~ the monument sign. 3. Provisions of a note for the maintenance of the Grapevine Creek floodplain. T~is note has been a~aed to t~e mino~ plat. 4. Show floodplain line and label as floodplain easement. This note has been added to the minor plat.
