Georgian Place, Final Plat, to allow the development of 35 residential lots on
approximately 8.95 acres of property, located at the southeast corner of Sandy
Lake Road and Whispering Hill Drive, at the request of Tipton Engineering,
Inc.

1) Denote the "proposed 20' utility easement" adjacent to Sandy Lake Road as a "20' utility
easement."
2) Provide a corner clip at the southeast corner of Whispering Hills Drive and Sandy Lake
Road.
3) Show the correct sight visibility triangles for streets intersecting Sandy Lake Road and
Whispering Hills Drive as per the City Subdivision Ordinance.
4) The City needs the 20' utility easement along Sandy Lake Road executed by separate
instrument prior to council approval, due to the time constraints in constructing the proposed
24" waterline.
