two new lots that will allow the development of a 307,872 square foot office warehouse
distribution facility and a 169,4~~. square foot office warehouse building, located on the
southwest comer of Freepo~ Parkway and Gateway Boulevard, at the request of BrockeRed
Davis/Drake, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this leplat request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Depamnent, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas
75019.
