Interior landscape applies to all vehicular-use areas. Non-vehicular landscaping requirements are in addition to perimeter and interior landscaping requirements. 6) Provide information as to the purpose of the drive-through window. 7) The 163,441 square foot building appears to have insufficient area devoted to landscaping. Half of the required non-vehicular landscaping is to be in the required front yard. Reducing the area of the building is likely to be necessary. Note: A. Staff written gommonts will be faxed to each applicant. B. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 7, 1996 Development Review Committee (DRC) moeting. C Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. D.
