The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on June 6, 1996, to hear your request for
Special Exception on behalf of Fritz Companies, for the properS, located at 660 Cotton Road
in the Gate~vay Business Park.
The Board voted to grant your request for a Special Exception from Section 31-6-18 of the
City's Zoning Ordinance, regarding a reduction in the number of parking spaces from 453 to
350, for a total reduction of 103. In addition, the Board granted a variance to Section 34-1-
8(A) of the City's Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a landscape berm in lieu of a masonry
screen.
