We have reviewed the landscape requirement deficiencies as addressed in your leLter dated 11

Catetlus Development Corporation has agreed to revise the land allocation on their pl~t and

the landscape requirement deficiencies.
: The vehicular perimeter requirements for landscaping (10' ~ sides + 15' @ front) is now 24, 165
.- .. SF. The landscaping within the interior of the vehicular pavement is 10% oF the pavement area
.- is now 16,167 SF because the pavement ~rea is 161.668 SF. The non-vehicular landscaping
requirement is 15% of 237,567 SF or 35,635 SF
..... These three required elements added together equal 75,967 SF. The current amount of
" landscape area provided is 77,844 SF which gives us 1,877 SF above the requiremer, t. Attached
you will find the calculation worksheet and a revised site plan indicating new I~nd.
