D.R.C. Review Comments
Dear Ms. Bowman:
Please find attached 15 copies of the above referenced preliminary plat and plans
revised per comments from the February 20, 1.990 meeting of the Development Review
Committee. We offer the following responses to issues raised by the review comments.
'"-'-~ 1. The proposed sewer main extension along Cotton Road currently shown on
the plans provides adequate service for Santa Fe's land use plan.
2. Santa Fe Pacific Realty Corporation is committed to "Gateway Boulevard" as
the name for the four lane road through this project. This street name was
approved on the preliminary plat of Park West Commerce Center.
3. Preliminary Landscape plans for the intersection of Gateway Blvd., and
Freeport Parkway have been submitted to the City under separate cover.
