Dear Mr. Giller:
The estimated cost of the future traffic signal installation
for the Samuel/Sandy Lake intersection is $60,000.00. This
would be a fully actuated signal with mast arms and opticon.
The division of cost will be as follows: The City of Coppell
will pay 50%, the northwest corner (property owner) will pay
25%, and the northeast corner (property owner) will pay 25%.
Your agreement to escrow these monies ($15,000.00) for the
signalization can be acknowledged by this letter agreement.
Please return a signed copy of this letter with the funds
directly to the City Manager's office.
