GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to develope a shopping
center on 11.338 acres. The site will ultimately contain 120,000 square
feet of retail space including a major grocery store. Georgetown Plaza
will have an all brick exterior in an old world type New England
architecture and extensive landscaping.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval subject to the attached
comments from City Engineer.
PI.ANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P & Z Commission recommended approval (4-0) of this preliminary plat.
