We have reviewed the above referenced project for compliance with the City
of Coppell standards. We recommend approval of this submittal and request
that this item be placed on the next Council agenda for final approval,
subject to the following items being addressed.
1. The fire lane minimum radius shall be 30' not 20'
, as shown.
2. Final plat shall contain all signatures, seals, and notary as required.
3. Funds shall be escrowed for future Sandy Lake Road improvements.
4. Ail fees, as outlined in the subdivision ordinance, which are applicable
to this site, shall he paid.
