Preliminary Plat
We have reviewed the above referenced project for compliance with the City of
Coppell standards and as a preliminary plat it meets the requirements of the
subdivision ordinance.
Prior to approval of final plat, the following items must be resolved before
getting on the Council Agenda.
1. Temporary discharge permit must be secured.
2. Escrow funds for future Sandy Lake Road improvements.
3. Pay all fees as outlined in subdivision ordinance that are applicable to
this site.
