We have reviewed the above referenced project for compliance with the City
of Coppell standards. The following additional information is required.
Preliminary Plat:
1. Need names of adjacent property owners.
2. Dimension Sandy Lake Road and Samuel Boulevard existing R.O.W.'s.
3. Fire hydrants required every 300' - Add fire hydrant on Sandy Lake Road
and one on Samuel Boulevard.
4. Show building lines with dimensions.
5. Show screening walls proposed.
6. East property line - clarify alley and dimension it in the Meadows
Addition.
Site Plan:
1. Entrance radii needed.
2. Entrance locations conflict with preliminary plat, clarify.
