1) A left mm lane will need to be constructed on Freeport Parkway to the proposed street.
2) Work done in the state right-of-way must be approved by the Texas Department of
Transportation (TxDOT).
3) Any paving treaanent (e.g. brick pavers) in the city right-of-way not required by ordinance
will be maintained by the property owners association.
