Replat Comments:
1. The proper ownership should be shown. One section shows the owners to be Sanders
Custom Homes, Gibbs Station Limited and Dana Williams; however, another section
shows various other names for the lots in question.
2. The entire floodplain note should be shown on the face of the plat.
3. There should be a note on the face of the plat clearly stating who will be maintaining
the floodway easement.
