Gibbs Stat P2/Re-NR 941213 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 13th day
of December, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a replat of
a replat of Gibbs Station, Phase Two, Lots 14 through 34, Block E, at the request of Dowdey
Anderson & Associates, Inc., to allow the extension of these lots from the top of the bank to the
center of Denton Creek, on property generally described as follows: south and east of the
intersection of Beverly Drive and Creek Crossing. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell
and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
the proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
