Coppell, Texas 75019  ,~ The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 ~~~ December 15, 1994 Heath and Knight 16660 Dallas, .Parkway Suite 1400 Dallas, TX 75248 RE: Gibbs Station, Phase Two, Replat of Lots 14 through 34, Block E Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Gibbs Station, Phase Two, Replat of Lots 14 through 34, Block E, located south and east of the intersection of Beverly Drive and Creek Crossing, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 13, 1994. As a reminder, there needs to be some wordage changes on the face of the Plat (//2 under Conditions Approved) should read as follows: "the Lakes of Coppell Homeowners Association indicating the tax rate at the time the earnest money contract on the home is executed." The words "this be provided to them at the time" need to be eliminated. Also under #1 of the Homeowners Association Requirements, the word "said" should be changed to "side". No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to June 13, 1995, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
