development of an approximately 2,714 square-foot restaurant (Grandy's) and a
future 2,700 square-foot building on approximately 1.39 acres of property
located at the northwest comer of Denton Tap Road and Fitness Court (North
Texas Court), at the request of Hudson Engineering.
