The following conditions apply:
Zoning must be shown on the Replat;
extend the easement across Lot 1, Block E, to the property to the
northwest;
replat must show drainage and access easement;
the entire floodplain must be shown on the Replat, and
the floodway boundary note needs to reflect a date of April 15,
1994.
