Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Gibbs Station, Phase One Addition,
Re9lat of Lots 1-13. Block E, located generally south and east of the intersection of Beverly
Drive and Creek Crossing, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, June 16, 1994. The following conditions apply:

Zoning must be shown on the Replat;
extend the easement across Lot 1, Block E, to the property to the northwest;
replat must show drainage and access easement;
the entire floodplain must be shown on the Replat, and
the floodway boundary note needs to reflect a date of April 15, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may resolt in the denial of this application.
