The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of April, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a replat of Gibbs Station, Phase Two, Lot 35, Block mE", at the request of
Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc., to change the location of a variable width
floodway/floodplain easement, on property generally described as follows: Lot 35, Block "E"
at the intersection of Gibbs Crossing and Creek Crossing. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public heating and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning the proposed replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
