Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sigmund:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Gibbs Station, Phase Two Replat of Lot
35, Block "E", located at the intersection of Gibbs Crossing and Creek Crossing, was approved
by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 9, 1995.
Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the
replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to November 9, 1995, the replat
shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for
the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
