ITEM: GTE Shared Services Center Addition. Reolat and Minor Plat and Site Pltm
Review. to allow the redefinition of a block and the creation of two new lots,
as well as to permit the development of two 5-story office buildings on Lot 1,
located at the northeast corner of Corporate Park Blva[ and State Highway
121, at the request of the Beck Group.

1. Show easements on utility plans for all vaults and meter boxes not located in City right-of-way.
2. Any driveway access to S.H. 121 frontage road must be approved by the Texas Department of
Transportation.
3. A drainage area map for the entire site needs to be included.
4. Show 10' x 10' comer clip at the southeast comer of the property.
5. Show the right-of-way widths for both legs of Coppell Road.
6. Need to show R.O.W. dedication for horizontal curve on Coppell Road at the northeast comer
of property.
