Landscaping Southeast Hedgerow
This is to request postponement of the installation of the irrigation system and dwarf burford holly hedgerow along
our southeast property line, adjacent to the Phase III option property. Since thc construction trailers, material
staging and temporary parking occur just south of this area, we are concerned that this planting will be damaged by
the cross-traffic. The trailers, staging and parking will remain in place until the end of construction on the project,
sometime near the end of August or the first of September. We will immediately complete this irrigation and
planting, by the end of September 1999, when these areas are no longer in use by construction personnel. When we
discussed this issue earlier today, you thought there should be no problem with this reque~
