RE: GTE Shared Services Center Addition. Replat and Minor Plat
Dear Mr. Berger:
This letter is to inform you that the GTE Shared Services Center Addition. Replat and Minor
Plat, to allow the creation of two new lots, as well as to permit the development of two 5-story
office buildings on Lot 1 located at the northeast comer of Corporate Park Boulevard and S.H.
121, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, August 20, 1998, subject to the following conditions:
1)
Delete the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Commission signature block, as
well as the paragraph above the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's signature block stating that the replat was approved by formal action
by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
2)
Any driveway access to SH 121 fi'ontage road must be approved by the Texas
Department of Transportation. (See Engineering Department comments)
3)
Show the right-of-way widths for both legs of Coppell Road so the City can verify
that there is enough fight-of-way to reconstruct Coppell Road. (See Engineering
Department comments.)
4)
Need to show right-of-way dedication for horizontal curve on Coppell Road at the
northeast comer of property for future alignment of Coppell Road. (See
Engineering Department comments.)

The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 8,
1998, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this ease must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application. We need by 12 noon, August 27,
17 additional copies of the Replat and Minor Plat to forward on to Council.
