Gentlemen:
We,have reviewed the final plat and construction drawings of the above
referenced project and found them to be in conformance with the engineering
requirements of the subdivision ordinance.
We recommend approval of the final plat and request that this item be
placed on the next Council agenda for final plat approval. The applicant
is advised, by copy of this letter, that all fees must be paid (water and
sewer availability, construction permit, platting fees, park fees, 3-year
maintenance fee for street lights) and funds for improvements to Sandy
Lake Road must be escrowed.
