Heartz Road Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the plans for this plat and have the following
comments to make:
I am not satisfied with the proposed sanitary sewer line plan.
I would like to discuss the possibility of abandoning the existing
8" sewer line and installing a 12" line to take its place.
I would like to have Russell Doyle look at this situation.
Also, need easements for the existing and"proposed sanitary
sewer lines at the point where the lines cross Parkway Boulevard
700 feet south, and north to location where 12" line will tie
to existing 24".
