Dear Jerry,

application for a preliminary plat for Heartz Road, was accepted, and
the final plat was recommended for denial by the Coppell Planning and
Zoning Commission on December 15, 1988.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission is January 19, 1989. A representative
for this case must be present at the Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of
this application.
