Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Preliminary Plat - Heartz Road Dear Taryon: I am writing this letter to confirm our telephone conversation that the Parks of CoDpell Joint Venture has reached a verbal agreement with ABQ Development Corporation for the facilities to be included in the construc- tion of Heartz Road in order to make that construction ccmply with our contract agreements. Therefore, this letter would authorize the City to proceed with the review of the preliminary plat request on Heartz Road at this time. As ~e discussed, it would be only in the event that ABQ failed to follow through with its verbal assurances that the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture would need to raise further objections. %9hile we must reserve the right to object under such circumstances, at this time we have no reason to anticipate at this time, that the agreement will not be honored. It is my understanding that ABQ is already in the process of reducing our agreements to a written form.
