Re: Heartz Road Preliminary Plat
Dear Taryon:
I received a copy of a letter to you from Jerry Parche' requesting a
hearing in December on the Hea~tz Road preliminary plat.
As I indicated to you in my letter of November 2nd, the Parks of Coppell
Joint Venture, which owns the majority or the right-of-way required for
the proposed plat, has not yet approved various engineering aspects of the
plat as submitted to the City. We are still awaiting a response from ABQ
Development Corporation on these matters. Therefore we request this issue
be tabled until we have reached an agreement on the facilities to be
constructed by ABQ Development Corporation.
