Applicant has requested that the preliminary plat be
postponed until the December Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting.
ALTERNATIVES: 1) Deny the preliminary plat.

Dear Taryon:
Due to a scheduling conflict with the November 17, 1988 date for
the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing on the referenced
Preliminary Plat, I request on behalf of ABQ Development
Corporation that the City of Coppell postpone Planning & Zoning
Commission review of this plat until the following scheduled
meeting. This postponement will also provide us additional time
to further evaluate technical issues regarding this plat that
were discussed at the Development Review Committee meeting.
Please advise me if the City complies with this request. Also,
please provide me a copy of scheduled dates of City Meetings for
1989, if available. Thank you.
