Dear Jerry,
I received your request to postpone the preliminary plat for Heartz
Road; however, due to state statutes, as we previously discussed,
this item must be placed on the Planning and Zoning Commission agenda.
Staff will recommend that the preliminary plat be denied and allowed
to be placed on the next Planning and Zoning agenda, which will be
December 15, 1988.
Please submit another preliminary plat application for Heartz Road,
dated November 16, 1988, so that we may follow our legal
requirements, and proceed with the preliminary plat process for the
subject case.
You will not need to have a representative present at this meeting.
